A little girl and her doll would look so cute in matching loungewear! Choose your favorite comfy flannels and colorful fabrics. The top and gown have self-line yokes, gathered bodices and front-button closures. View A has short sleeves with elastic casings and pants with elastic in waist casing and ruffles at bottom. View B has long sleeves which are gathered with elastic and a ruffle at the bottom edge. Matching outfits fit an 18" doll and have back openings with Velcro closures.

This pattern is for child sizes 3 (XXS) - 10 (L)
