Welcome to Bolt & Spool

The Bolt & Spool is a charming fabric boutique in the heart of Little Italy in Cleveland’s University Circle area.

We carry bolts of fabulous fabric, unique patterns and spools of elegant ribbons for sewing children’s clothing, crafties (zakka), as well as a few patterns for adults too.

Shipments of fabric and ribbon have been arriving weekly…incredible linen and shell buttons from Japan; dupioni silk from India; and wool tartan from Scotland. We’re also stocking cotton and flannel from several great American designers!
