True Bias : Blair Skirt
The Blair pattern is a woven skirt that is fitted through the waist and hips and has a straight fit to the hem. It has a button-front opening and belt loops. There are three length options : mini, midi, and maxi. All views have optional pockets with inverted pleats, as well as an optional belt.
Main Fabric: Medium weight woven fabrics such as denim, twill, corduroy, linen and wool.
Lining Fabric: light weight woven fabrics such as cotton lawn, linen, and quilting cotton
