Shipping & Returns
Shipping is automatically calculated based on weight and region.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and undamaged, and should be returned in their original packaging.
Patterns and books that appear to have been used or copied in any way are not returnable. Fabric or trim in quantities less than six uncut yards are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. This will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
There may be processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received a refund within 3–4 weeks, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you've taken this step and still have not received a refund, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon purchase. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
We offer store credit only for gift returns. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you or the purchaser. All gift card purchases are final sale.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
