Sew House Seven Patterns : Nehalem Pant & Skirt
The Nehalem Pant and Skirt are based on traditional Thai fisherman's pants. It is a loose fitting pant that is wrapped at the front and tied at the waist. The skirt is an adaptation of the pant. Both feature oversized patch pockets, vertical front and back seaming, and a wide waistband that can be folded down or worn upright and tied. The pants offers cropped or full length options while the skirt can be either above or below the knee.

Recommended Fabrics: Light to midweight woven fabrics that are not too sheer such as chambray, soft denim, tencel, rayon challis, linen, most cotton wovens. Some drape is advised for the pants. Quilting cotton works for a loungewear / pajama look.
