Add a pretty print fabric to a new T-shirt and you have a casual dress for those little girls that love to wear dresses.
Three sizes are included in this pattern, but basic instructions are also given for adjusting to other sizes. Girls pictured are wearing skirts made of voile, which is a soft and flowing cotton fabric that is 54" wide, so one width will make it full enough. We used two pieces of voile so it would not be see through. On the smaller sizes, the top layer is hemmed up so the bottom layer shows like a trim would. On the larger skirt, the two layers are the same length.
