Bear Creek Needle Felting Kit - Llama
Everything you need to needle felt this sweet black sheep is included in this kit except a needle and thread to sew in the eyes. Finished llama measures about 3.5" x 4.5" and will take about three hours to complete if this is your first time felting.
Needle felting is a craft that uses a barbed needle to agitate the wool fibers so they bind together. Needle felting can be done as a surface design on a sweater, for example, or to create three-dimensional objects like this llama. You just stab away at the woolen fibers!
Beginner sheep craft kit comes with:
- grey wool
- black wool for the mouth
- glass eyes
- two felting needles
- felting cushion a surface to work on, so your needle has something to stab into on the other side of your felting project)

No previous felting experience is necessary however starting with a beginner kit would be easier. This kit does not require any sewing, knitting or crocheting skills.
The wool for this kit was raised in North Dakota on our farm and processed at our fiber Mill in Nome, North Dakota.
This kit is intended for adults and kids over 10 yrs. who possess good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with focus and care. (Caution - felting needles are sharp!)
