Liberty of London Organic Tana Lawn - Margot Mary (red)
Based on a hand-painted artwork discovered in the Liberty archive, Margot Mary sets the stage for a parade of simplified, stencilled blooms. The diversity of natural floral forms is charmingly represented through a potpourri of monochrome petals. This print is part of the Red story of our Spring/Summer 2024 collection with designs drawing from the colour’s millennia-spanning history as feature of prehistoric paintings, and one of humanity’s first symbols of love, life and vitality.
About the Spring/Summer 2024 Kaleidoscope Collection:
For Spring/Summer 2024, A Liberty Kaleidoscope takes us on the most vivid journey of all – through the rainbow, into a prismatic universe of colour. For this collection the Liberty Fabrics designers engaged with print’s most elemental pigments, assembled here into four compelling stories: ‘Spectrum’, ‘Red’, ‘Blue’ and ‘Yellow’. The collection explores the cultural, natural and historical components that make up the light and shade of everything around us, taking us into the heart of each hue. Join us to become immersed in kaleidoscopic colour, unlike anything we’ve done before.
