Private Sewing Lesson with Celia

Sewing lessons are $40/hour. Minimum age is 8 years old AND have the ability to read, measure and use scissors well. We have Bernina sewing machines at our shop for use, or you may bring your own machine. 

Lessons are student-driven and usually project-based, but can be focused entirely on techniques. It's private, so it's up to you!

Please note: Once you have booked and paid for online for your lesson, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. You will also receive an e-mail reminder 24 hours in advance of your lesson. Cancellations need to be made 12 hours in advance for a full refund.

Hello, my name is Celia! I have been sewing for about 10 years and have been studying fashion design at Kent State for the last four years. My grandma was a seamstress and inspired me to take up sewing as a hobby. Sewing has since turned into a creative outlet for me and has become an important part of my life. I’m excited to teach others this art form and the joy that comes with it. I look forward to working with this team and meeting each of you!
