Rigid Waistband Elastic - 2" Black

Knitted elastic that retains shape and stays flat when stretched. It is a quality elastic for use with all types of fabrics. This medium-weight, knitted elastic is similar to braided elastic but does not narrow. Can be used on the outside of garments (linen, lingerie, blouses, etc.) as well as in casings. Also used for waistbands, belts, suspenders, sweat bands and horse blankets. This elastic has a stiff stretch and will not fold or bend on itself.
